This was the worst shopping experience ever. My name is Kyle Pierson and I went there a week ago to buy a couch. It’s a big deal for me, I don’t buy furniture often, especially brand new. We spend 3 hours looking for a couch and we finally find one that will fit in our narrow townhome. I proceed to checkout, wait 2 days, and they deliver half a couch. I was appalled. I’ve never ever heard of half a couch being bought by anyone I know. It was a complete failure of training my sales person, communication, and the store manager was the most frustrating of all. The store manager didn’t bother giving me his time at all and didn’t talk to me once. He basically gave me 3 options through his middle manager as proxy but with my circumstances there was really one choice I could make. They basically held my other half of the couch for $650 ransom and delivered it with a stain that they said they could deal with another time. Tell me though, who of you has the time for this? If you’re the type that doesn’t want to get spit on by a man who decides to still make profit off of a lie, if you don’t want to waste loads of time, and if you don’t want your blood pressure going through the roof after someone says an additional $650 for the couch you bought is a “good deal” I would never shop here. This store manager is the pinnacle of greed and I have never felt so disrespected by someone taking my money. I will be making accounts on new review sites just to let the world know that this experience can happen to you too. Good luck.
